Duly instructed by our principals the chargee, we shall sell by public auction the under mentioned property on Friday 28^th March, 2025 atour Nakuru Office, Jagir Singh Chal Building, 2^nd Floor, Wing A, Next to Hill Court Resort & Spa, along Nakuru – Nairobi Highway at 11.00 a.m.

1. All that piece of land known as LR: NOs. KAJIADO / KITENGELA / 78441 & 78442, NGAMURIAK AREA, KAJIADO COUNTY. Registered in the name of DIANA MUTINDA MULANDI measuring 0.04 Ha or thereabouts. The properties are in Ngamuriak Area, Kajiado County, approximately 15 kilometres south west of Kitengela town. They are situated about 10 kilometres off and to the right of Kitengela – Kajiado tar surfaced road, deviating onto Acacia main feeder road, about 2.5 kilometres North West of Wananchi Homes Phase 2 and about 220 metres south of Jonathan Ampuni’s Residence.  GPS Coordinates: 1˚31’07.6”S 36˚51’57.7”E.

It is situated approximately 650 metres off and to the left of Naivasha – Kinamba – Engineer tar surfaced road, deviating at Valley’s Lily Mixed Day and Boarding School sign post. It is about 250 metres North East of Little Friends Junior Academy, about 500 metres South of the said School and about 5 kms South East of Naivasha Town. GPS Coordinates: 0˚43’47.5”S 36˚28’03.7”E

• All interested purchasers are requested to view the property and verify all the details for themselves as these are not warranted by the auctioneer or the chargee.
• A 25% deposit must be paid in cash or bankers cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid within 60 days to the chargee’s office from the date of sale failure to which the deposit money will be forfeited.
• A deposit of Kshs. 100,000/= must be paid direct to the Auctioneer before being issued with a bid number, refundable after sale or be part of the purchase price to the declared purchaser.
• The highest bidder will be declared the purchaser and the sale is subject to a reserve price and confirmation by the chargee.
