Registered in the name of OSCAR FURAYA MUTUA g/t JANE KARIMI ARTHUR t/a JAKAM BEAUTY PARLOUR measuring 0.02 Ha or 0.0494 of an acre approximately. The property is in Ndagani Area, Chuka Sub – County, Tharaka Nithi County. It is situated along and to the right of Nairobi – Embu – Meru Highway, approximately 1 Kilometer past Chuka University and about 4 Kilometers to the Northeast of Chuka Township. • A 25% deposit must be paid in cash or bankers cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid within 60 days to the chargee’s office from the date of sale failure to which the deposit money will be forfeited.
• A deposit of Kshs. 100,000/= must be paid direct to the Auctioneer before being issued with a bid number, refundable after sale or be part of the purchase price to the declared purchaser.
• The highest bidder will be declared the purchaser and the sale is subject to a reserve price and confirmation by the chargee.
